Independence, IA (April 27, 2026) – Roberts & Eddy, P.C. is pleased to announce the promotion of Grace Schmadeke to Real Estate Assistant. Schmadeke, who was initially hired as a First Impressions Coordinator/Legal Assistant, will primarily support the firm’s growing real estate team.

Andy Hauber, Real Estate Specialist, is happy to welcome Grace to the department, stating, “Grace will be a fantastic addition to the real estate team. She does an excellent job completing work in a timely and accurate manner, all while balancing a wide range of responsibilities.
