1031/Like-Kind Exchanges. Whether you are selling a relinquished property or purchasing a replacement property, we work with many different 1031 Exchange companies to ensure that your exchange is done correctly to provide you with an accurate and beneficial tax deferment.
Minor Platting/Rezoning. We work directly with the county zoning department and surveyor to assist with the splitting of an existing parcel. We prepare all required documents needed to get approval from the necessary county departments.
Subdivision & Condo Developments. We assist clients with subdivision developments and horizontal property regime (condo) developments, which include preparation of restrictive covenants, bylaws and formation of homeowner's associations.
