Independence, IA (July 9, 2019) – The law office of Roberts & Eddy, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Heidi Magsamen to our team as a bookkeeping specialist.

Magsamen attended high school here in Independence and later earned her degree in Business Administration from Hawkeye Community College. Magsamen previously worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for Greenley Lumber Co., giving her plenty of experience and expertise for this position.

“My 16 years at Greenley’s prepared me well for this type of bookkeeping position,” said Magsamen. “As the full charge bookkeeper, nearly everything financial was my responsibility.”

In her spare time, Magsamen enjoys creating and selling copper jewelry, and spending time with her daughter Annabelle, who is heading into her senior year of high school.
